The rig is a Fraste Multi XL. It has 1242 hrs of running time. There is some surface rust.
Bought it new for $350K, replaced the small Bean pump with the Failing 4×5, bought some auger pipe, some smooth pipe, some drilling heads, and other odds and ends and so paid about $400K.
